  18. 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  19. 1 cube grated processed cheese

Instructions to make to make White Sauce Pasta

  1. Boil pasta in a pan with 1/2 teaspoon salt & 1 teaspoon olive oil. (Save pasta water for later)
  2. In a pan put butter and olive oil followed by the chopped garlic and parsley (save little for garnishing), chilli flakes and stir quickly.
  3. Add plain flour & stir then gradually pour milk and keep stirring to avoid any lumps. Add half a cup of pasta water for the right consistency.
  4. Once the sauce is thick enough it's time to add cream and grated processed cheese and mozzarella (save little for topping).
  5. I prefer to add tomato puree/ ketchup to balance the sweetness. At this point of time add the remaining pasta water if required. Now add the black pepper, Italian/pasta seasoning & salt as per the taste.
  6. Once the sauce is ready it's time to add the veggies and boiled corn.
  7. Cook for 3-5 minutes then add cherry tomatoes and boiled pasta. Stir for another 3-5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with remaining cheese and chopped parsley.
