    Dip the paneer into the slurry and deep fry it.
    Note : You have to fry the paneer twice so when you fry for the 1st time, don't fry it till golden brown, remove it midway.
  3. Chopping
    Garlic - finely chop
    Onion and Capsicum - square pieces of same size as the paneer.
  4. For preparing the gravy.
    Take plenty of oil into a pan, add chopped garlic and ginger garlic chilli paste.
    Add onion and later capsicum as well. Add salt and saute it well till you see very slight brown marks.
  5. Now take half a cup of water in a bowl. Add 1 tsp cornflour, 1 tbsp paneer chilli masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, salt and other spices of your choice. Mix it well and add it into the pan.
  6. Keep mixing the veggies and the paneer chilli slurry and meanwhile deep fry the paneer for 2nd time. This time until golden brown.
  7. Turn off the flame when you see the gravy all thick and nice, add crispy paneer cubes and eat right away.
