- To boil pasta being the water to a rolling boil then add some salt and oil then add in the pasta and boil as per the cooking instructions mentioned on the pasta packet

- Put the pasta in an open plate and apply some oil so that it does not stick
- For white sauce heat a pan add butter let it melt after that add in the all purpose flour roast for some time the colour of flour should not change keep stirring and add milk mix well so that there is no lumps
- Cool the sauce for sometime switch off the flame when the sauce comes to a boil and becomes thick

- For red sauce, puree the boiled tomatoes in a mixer jar.

- Then add in the Kashmiri red chilli powder, Black pepper, mixed herb and chilli flakes
- Then quickly add in the tomato puree cook for 3 minutes on high flame then 4 minutes on medium flame
- Add in the white sauce to the red sauce, tomato sauce and cheese to the red sauce cook for 5 minutes on high flame
- Then add the boiled pasta mix well cook for 10 minutes on medium flame adjust the seasoning if required
- Take it out in a serving bowl garnish with some coriander, mixed herb and chilli flakes
- Serve hot
