  20. 2 teaspoon - Salt
  21. 1 teaspoon - Garam masala
  22. 2.5 teaspoon - Coriander powder
  23. 2 teaspoon - Chilli powder
  24. 1/4 teaspoon - Turmeric powder
  25. 200 gm . - Butter
  26. 1 tablespoon - Roasted kasoori methi

Steps to make to make Paneer gupchup

  1. FOR PANEER SANDWICH- Marinate paneer pieces with all the ingredients mentioned in marination section for half an hour.
  2. Mix chopped peach with Maava,salt, Chaat masala and Chilli powder.
  3. Fill the Maava mixture in between two pieces of marinated paneer and shallow fry the sandwich in butter.
  4. RECIPE FOR GRAVY - Heat butter and saute chopped onion, garlic,peach and Cashew for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Grind this and sieve the mixture.
  6. Mix the dry masala powder mentioned in gravy portion with butter and Cook a little.Add the peach puree and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.Add roasted kasoori methi.pour the gravy on paneer sandwich.
