  13. 2 tbs grated paneer
  14. 1 tsp grated cheese
  15. 1 tbsp raisin chopped
  16. 5-6 cashewnut finely chopped
  17. 2 green chillies finely chopped
  18. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  20. 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  21. 1 tsp mint leaves finely chopped
  22. To taste salt
  23. 1 cup cornflour
  24. 4 tsp water
  25. For paneer pasanda gravy
  26. 1/2 tsp Shahi jeera
  27. 1 Bay leaf
  28. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  29. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  30. 1/2 tsp coriander
  31. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  32. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  33. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  34. To taste salt
  35. 2 tbs oil

Steps to make to make Paneer pasanda

  1. Mix all ingredients of tomato gravy in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on low medium flame or till tomato get soft. Cool it completely and churn to smooth paste.
  2. For onion gravy, heat oil in pan add sliced onions and saute till golden brown on low to medium flame. Cool completely add water and churn to smooth paste.
  3. For paneer sandwich, mix all ingredients of paneer sandwich (except paneer slice, cornflour and water) now take some stuffing and put on one paneer slice and cover it with another paneer slice.Prepare remaining sandwich.
  4. Make cornflour slurry dip paneer sandwich and shallow fry in pan using little oil.
  5. 5 For paneer pasanda gravy, Heat oil in pan add Shahi jeera bayleaf when splutter add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes now add tomato gravy saute for 3-4 minutes on low medium flame, now add onion paste coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder saute for 3-4 minutes, now add 1 cup water stir well cover lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on low medium flame.
  6. Now add sugar, salt, kasuri methi, garam masala powder and cream. Mix and stir for 2 minutes.
