  1. In a bowl take maida, salt, oil and knead a dough using room temperature water. Cover and set aside for 1 hour.
  2. Slice, grate and chop vegetables and paneer and keep everything ready.

  8. Take the puri in your hand place a teaspoon of stuffing in the centre and shape the puri into dumplings.
  9. Likewise prepare all the dumplings in desired shape and keep them covered over a dry dusted plate.
  10. These can be steamed in a cooker or in a microwave. I used my idli stand for this. I greased the idli plates with some oil and placed the momos in it.
  11. Cook on high flame for 5 minutes and on medium flame for 10 minutes. Momos are ready to serve.
